Programmatically juxtaposed between affordable housing projects is the luxury housing project of Clichy Batignolles. As the crowning jewel to the Batignolles re-urbanization project, this project aims to revive part of Paris in a sort of reverse gentrification. Sitting directly above a railway stop, the project facilitates cross-class and cross-socioeconomic meetings. Undulating balconies secondary to the structural slab achieve conceptual hanging gardens allowing expansive city views that patch Clichy Batignolles back to the urban fabric. Floor to ceiling glass and spandrel panels epitomize modern luxury and the minimalization of the facade.
