about the project

NEF Atakoy 22 aims to redefine live-work archetypes by challenging spatial relationships and facilitating social interaction. The 200,000 sqm development is comprised of 1,500 apartment units spread over five towers and connected through a podium of retail and shared amentities featuring Fold© spaces designed for entertainment, interaction, and health. From the highway, the North office tower is steel and glass wayfinder, while the integration of balconies, plazas, and roofscapes provide garden spaces and visual continuity. Light wells in the podium slab provide light to lower levels and accommodate a green belt of circulation. Above, bridges and walkways facilitate multi-user circulation and a concentrated sense of community.
